Responsibilities

• Lead RL Environment projects end-to-end for one or more clients, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
• Ensure data quality for RL environments, agent trajectories, and reward scores meet frontier standards for realism, difficulty, and diversity.
• Build and enable the necessary team (full-stack, backend, domain experts, QAs, data creators, reviewers) by interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, and retaining talent.
• Set and enforce processes for environment code, database schemas, seed data, tasks, and verifiers, including quality rubrics and automated/human-in-the-loop validation.
• Own customer relationships for RL Environment projects, providing updates, soliciting feedback, and identifying opportunities for growth.
