Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end GenAI project delivery from POC to full-scale enterprise implementation.
• Manage client relationships, prioritize engagements, and handle expectations and escalations.
• Provide technical direction on solution design, system architecture, and product roadmaps to the engineering team.
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with team members to support delivery alignment and provide feedback.
• Manage the big-picture program timeline, tracking delivery risks and mitigation plans.
