Responsibilities

• Lead discussions with clients and prospects to build AI product pipelines and expand delivery processes
• Provide technical direction to the engineering team on solutioning, system design, and technical roadmaps
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with team members focused on support, expectations, and alignment
• Own overall program-level delivery, planning, timelines, and risk mitigation across all milestones
• Ensure robust business-facing documentation including requirements documents, product roadmaps, and PRDs
