Responsibilities

• Act as the hands-on architect for the transition from digital documents to process digitalization within Veeva Validation Management.
• Convert legacy, document-centric processes into a modern, data-centric ecosystem.
• Map Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation processes, converting templates and static records into searchable and actionable information.
• Guide customers from paper-heavy or paper-on-glass solutions to data-centric workflows.
• Own the development and maintenance of specialized tooling and methodologies for data migration and management across Vault environments.
