Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers in building and designing products, acting as a core player on the product team.
• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain software, ensuring clear understanding of its value and consistently achieving results.
• Develop test suites (functional, destructive, etc.) to enable rapid deployment of code to production.
• Collaborate with the Product Team to ensure user stories are developer ready and provide guidance to junior engineers.
• Contribute to foundational code elements, architectural diagrams, and product-related documentation.
