Responsibilities
- Independently develop and consistently redesign/refactor products to adapt to customer and associate needs.
- Develop, test, deploy, and maintain software, understanding the value it provides.
- Develop test suites (functional, destructive, etc.) to enable rapid deployment of code to production.
- Collaborate with other team members in agile processes and with the Product Team on user stories.
- Help grow junior engineers by providing guidance on modern software development frameworks and leading technical discussions.
