Responsibilities
- Own the operations and administration of the end-to-end data platform including ingestion, storage, and data/insight serving layers.
- Own architecture and implementation of platform modernization, including streaming systems, lakehouse design, and data-serving APIs.
- Unify real-time and historical data with strong data quality and correctness guarantees.
- Lead, mentor, and grow teams of Data Engineers and Data Platform Engineers, including hiring and career development.
- Partner closely with leaders in Data, Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Network and Growth to align platform investments with business outcomes.
