Staff Product Manager, Vision (Founding New Product)

Responsibilities

• Develop net new AI products solving operational challenges across diverse verticals, driving the product line from conception to successful market launch.
• Own the entire product lifecycle, defining the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the product line.
• Define clear, actionable product requirements for AI models, edge hardware integration, and software features, managing trade-offs with Engineering and AI teams.
• Lead the Go-to-Market strategy in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, developing positioning, pricing, and enablement materials.
• Cultivate a high-performing, collaborative team environment across Engineering, AI R&D, Design, and Operations, motivating and influencing teams without direct reporting authority.
