Responsibilities

Ship features end-to-end including backend, frontend, and API layer, from initial customer insight through launch and adoption.
Build the AI layer and develop agents and features on structured operational data.
Engage directly with customers through calls, onboardings, and site visits to inform product decisions.
Make autonomous product decisions without extensive layers of approval.
Contribute significantly to the technical foundation, including architecture, tooling, and deployment, using Python, Django, Svelte, and Postgres.
