Responsibilities
- Ship features end-to-end including backend, frontend, and API layer, from initial customer insight through launch and adoption.
- Build the AI layer and develop agents and features on structured operational data.
- Engage directly with customers through calls, onboardings, and site visits to inform product decisions.
- Make autonomous product decisions without extensive layers of approval.
- Contribute significantly to the technical foundation, including architecture, tooling, and deployment, using Python, Django, Svelte, and Postgres.
