- Administer Windows and Linux systems across NIPR, SIPR, JWICS, and SAP environments.
- Implement and maintain automated configuration management for operating systems, applying security baselines and STIGs through automated configuration tools.
- Configure and maintain enterprise services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, repository servers, and patching infrastructure.
- Monitor system health, performance, and security compliance using automated tools, and troubleshoot complex OS issues.
- Document system configurations, automation code, and troubleshooting procedures, and transition environments to the Service Desk team with proper documentation and knowledge transfer.
