Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction for Payments operations, streamlining data-driven decision-making across Platform, Product, and Operations.
• Solve complex Payments problems using data, insights, AI/ML models, and experimentation, making business decisions based on thoughtful analysis.
• Generate payment reports, analyze payment data for insights, and evaluate performance, translating complex findings into business-friendly narratives for leadership.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments to evaluate the impact of Payment strategies, product changes, and process improvements.
• Collaborate on Financial Risk Management including losses, chargebacks, and automation of payments processes, while optimizing the end-to-end payments journey.
