- Support the acquisition of new Hosts and drive business growth through advanced analytics.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis, define new metrics, create benchmarks, and perform experimentation.
- Synthesize complex data into high-level insights for prioritization and strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with business, Strategic Finance, Data and Analytical Engineering, and Data Science teams.
- Build dashboards to track key performance metrics and conduct A/B tests to improve business performance.
