Responsibilities

Design systems where analytical choices are product decisions, including building pricing algorithms and auction mechanisms.
Develop attendance and reliability models that determine worker-workplace relationships.
Construct experiment frameworks for the organization to test ideas.
Investigate key metric movements when the cause is not obvious.
Work directly with engineers to take models from prototype to production and clearly articulate reasoning to PMs and leadership.

Requirements

Required: Bachelor's degree in quantitative field (economics, statistics, engineering, mathematics) or commensurate practical experience
