• Translate complex, real-world healthcare and business constraints into clear optimization problems, scoring systems, and decision frameworks.
• Develop objective functions and metrics that effectively balance quality, cost, access, and member experience.
• Evaluate system performance, conduct experiments, and refine logic based on real-world outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to deploy scalable, interpretable, and resilient algorithmic systems.
