• Own ambiguous, high-stakes algorithmic problems end-to-end and serve as a senior technical resource.
• Frame complex real-world healthcare and business constraints into clear analytical objectives and decision frameworks.
• Design, validate, and ship production systems choosing between machine learning, optimization, or heuristic approaches.
• Set engineering quality standards by reviewing team code with rigor and building evaluation and monitoring tooling.
• Build and optimize core algorithms like provider tiering models, LLM-based primary care experiences, and member engagement models.
