Responsibilities
- Own clinical data quality across claims, EHR, and ADT, defining standards for structuring, normalization, and validation as modeling inputs.
- Build and deploy production ML/AI models for risk stratification, care gap prediction, treatment effect estimation, and LLM applications.
- Apply health economics and outcomes methods to translate clinical and claims data into decision-grade evidence, aligned with CMS, NCQA, and MCO standards.
- Advance machine and AI products by providing senior modeling judgment to the product roadmap and ensuring clinical and methodological soundness.
- Set technical standards, make architectural trade-offs, drive alignment across stakeholders, and mentor junior data scientists.

Requirements
Required: Master's degree in Data Science, Biostatistics, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred: PhD in health informatics, statistics, data science, or computer science
