• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations to translate customer insights into product strategy and measurable outcomes.
• Define product success metrics and build measurement frameworks that evaluate customer engagement, adoption, and retention.
• Design and build AI-powered analytical tools and agentic workflows to automate analyses and improve decision-making.
• Apply statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and exploratory analysis to customer behavior.
• Communicate actionable insights and recommendations to executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
