Responsibilities

• Shape strategic direction by identifying gaps and defining analytical agendas for credit products.
• Be a key thought partner to product, finance, and ML leaders, defining success metrics and strategic frameworks.
• Design, build, and own models for forecasting, spend allocation optimization, marketing incrementality, and attribution.
• Design and execute complex experiments and causal inference analyses end-to-end.
• Collaborate with the ML organization to bring statistical rigor and causal reasoning to technical challenges.
