Responsibilities

Design and implement secure, scalable reference architectures for Databricks IT across Cloud Infra, SaaS, Custom Built Applications, Data & AI systems.
Establish and enforce security controls for Databricks Workspace Management, Secure Networking, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Data Encryption, Data Exfiltration Prevention, and Cluster Security.
Design and implement secure authentication and authorization for automated systems (non-human identities) and comprehensive IAM policies.
Implement DLP solutions and design/implement cloud-based proxies for SaaS applications (SASE solutions).
Guide internal IT on Databricks’ security and compliance certifications (SOC 2, ISO, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, FedRAMP) and support security reviews/audits.
