• Design, build, deliver, and own full lifecycle development software from inception to production.
• Drive complex changes involving multiple components and deliver quality changes, including automated tests, metrics, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver features and guide/review changes to product features in line with product roadmaps.
• Build components and processes regularly used by others and execution plans incorporating user data, observations, and market insight.
• Lead others through example, mentorship, teaching, and participate in hiring activities, using data to analyze and communicate the impact of work.
