Responsibilities

• Own the architecture, design, and evolution of thermals for high-density, GPU-accelerated data centers.
• Design, validate, and optimize rack-level and server-level thermal solutions, partnering closely with data center teams to define end-to-end thermal architecture.
• Review and evaluate JDM/ODM thermal designs, including thermal simulations, and independently run simulations as needed.
• Debug complex thermal and system-level issues, incorporating learnings into future designs and collaborating with vendors to manage heterogeneous deployments.
• Drive thermal designs from early concept through mass production, ensuring designs meet high standards for efficiency, safety, reliability, and scalability.
