Responsibilities
- Serve as the analytical lead for the ML squad focused on Discovery Mode's measurement system.
- Partner closely with product managers and ML engineers to evaluate and improve Discovery Mode's models.
- Tackle complex analytical problems by designing experiments and developing evaluation frameworks.
- Build analytical foundations to ensure models are accurate, reliable, and impactful for artists.
- Help shape the measurement systems for Spotify's promotional products within the Product Insights team.
