- Brainstorm and collaborate with other Research Staff to define new LLM research initiatives.
- Design and carry out experimental programs for LLMs and drive transformer (LLM) training jobs on distributed compute infrastructure.
- Deploy new models into production and document/present results and complex technical concepts clearly.
- Stay up to date with the latest advances in deep learning and LLMs, focusing on product implications.
- Identify critical experiments, scale successful proofs-of-concept, and use AI to automate and amplify impact.
