Responsibilities

  • Perform stress analysis of nonconformances for composite and metallic parts and assemblies on the production line.
  • Review Quality documentation and MRB Nonconformance Reports to determine defect extent and analysis approach for engineering disposition.
  • Communicate NCRs to Structures Stress team leads and request technical support to ensure production flow.
  • Collaborate with MRB liaison, M&P, Manufacturing Engineering, and other departments for complex deviations.
  • Compile NCR Stress Reports documenting nonconformance incidents, stress substantiation, assessment results, and approval for acceptance or repair.
