Responsibilities
- Assess, understand and challenge boundary conditions from interfacing groups.
- Perform hand calculations and FEA to ensure product integrity at minimum weight.
- Document analyses for internal reviews and certification purposes.
- Evaluate need for and define requirements for coupon / specimen or bench test to support validation and verification of structure.
- Support definition of test plans for full engine tests on test stand or on aircraft to verify analyses.
