- Administer, optimize, and secure both Linux and Windows Server operating systems, ensuring system stability, advanced security hardening, performance tuning, and adherence to configuration standards.
- Drive the creation and implementation of automation scripts and tools using multiple languages such as Terraform, Python, Bash/Shell, PowerShell, and Go to streamline operations and build integrations.
- Develop, operate, and continuously iterate on robust monitoring and alerting solutions, leading incident management pipelines and conducting thorough post-mortems for critical incidents.
- Implement, manage, and continuously refine comprehensive backup solutions and disaster recovery strategies, ensuring data integrity, availability, and business continuity for critical systems and applications.
