Responsibilities

Partner with engineering leadership, EMs, and Product Managers to define and deliver AI products across a broad set of user scenarios.
Architect scalable, high-performance systems that support a growing number of AI-powered products and own delivery end-to-end.
Drive technical strategy and make architectural decisions that compound, enabling the team to ship more AI experiences faster.
Own the engineering quality, reliability, and performance of AI products as complexity and scale increase.
Define long-term backend and infrastructure architecture for major product initiatives, ensuring systems are designed for durability, scalability, observability, and cost efficiency.

Compensation

Base salary: $194k–$324k USD
