Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer implementations including discovery, integration, deployment, and scale.
• Build and operationalize AI-driven testing pipelines within customer production environments.
• Build and lead a high-performing Forward Deployed Engineering team, hiring and coaching engineers.
• Translate customer implementations into product insights and identify repeatable patterns to shape core product capabilities.
• Write, review, and debug code in JavaScript and TypeScript, and evolve end-to-end test automation systems (e.g., Playwright).
