- Advise software engineering teams on functional and non-functional feature designs and validate them with product teams to satisfy customer requirements.
- Design operational tools to simplify troubleshooting and enterprise extensions for Lakebase to meet customer security and observability requirements.
- Assist field engineers with complex and demanding Proof of Concepts (POC’s).
- Advise customers and field engineers on best practices for application and database design to maximize performance.
