Responsibilities

• Define and own the CIAM product strategy for B2C companies, aligned with Auth0’s vision, market trends, customer needs, and business goals.
• Maintain and evangelize the product roadmap internally and externally, carving out differentiating features.
• Drive cross-functional execution of that roadmap by partnering with leaders in product architecture, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
• Mentor and manage a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer-centricity.
• Engage deeply with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to gather insights, validate problems, and shape solutions.
