Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally across the company to understand existing security and anti-abuse problems and build solutions.
• Understand attacker and user behavior on the Figma platform through creation of new datasets, metrics, and experimentation.
• Build and tune data-driven detections and measure coverage across Figma's products, platforms, and internal systems.
• Lead and support security investigations, developing datasets, tooling, and analysis to scope incidents and understand root cause.
• Translate threat intelligence into action to prioritize detection coverage, harden high-risk surfaces, and guide security strategy.
