Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end features spanning Go services and React/TypeScript UI, owning them from requirements through deployment and post-release iteration.
• Utilize AI coding tools daily to enhance personal productivity and contribute to team AI practices and agentic workflow patterns.
• Improve latency and throughput by applying caching, connection pooling, rate limiting, backpressure, idempotency, and resilient retries.
• Raise the bar on testing (unit/integration/e2e), code quality, observability hooks, and safe rollout/rollback patterns.
• Lead design reviews, mentor teammates, and drive consistent technical standards across the team.
