Tech Stack

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver custom LLM solutions for enterprise customers, translating business problems into ML problems with clear success criteria.
• Build custom models using Cohere’s foundation model stack, CPT recipes, post-training pipelines, and data assets.
• Develop state-of-the-art modeling techniques to enhance model performance for customer use-cases and contribute improvements back to the foundation-model stack.
• Work with the customer-facing MLE team to identify high-value opportunities for LLMs with enterprise customers.
• Shape LLM performance and influence the capabilities of Cohere’s foundation models through techniques, datasets, evaluations, and insights developed for customers.
