Responsibilities

Carry quota for net-new Midmarket merchants ($1M-$50M GMV), working primarily inbound, event, and partner-generated leads in competitive evaluations.
Lead discovery and provide immediate value by answering technical questions, recommending plugins, troubleshooting architecture, and suggesting integrations.
Architect comprehensive solutions blending WooCommerce/WordPress core, plugins, strategic partner solutions, hosting, and Automattic products.
Set the standard for solution patterns, integration blueprints, partner positioning, and qualification criteria, creating playbooks for scale.
Be the voice of the market, providing frontline feedback to influence product roadmap, customer lifecycle, and go-to-market strategy.
