Responsibilities
- Drive projects end-to-end from ideation to production rollout, including design docs, PRs, customer validation, and iteration.
- Scale existing services to support significantly higher loads and identify/implement cost-saving opportunities in infrastructure.
- Build new features and systems, such as an OpenSearch cluster for patient medical history and transforming healthcare data protocols.
- Review PRs for other engineers, balancing code quality with delivery speed.
- Manage individual work using Linear, participate in sprint planning, retro, quarterly planning, and a daily on-call rotation.
