Responsibilities
- Build the autonomous SDLC pipeline from tickets to PRs using AI agents, integrating with tools like Linear and Claude Code.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate AI into existing products and develop new AI-driven product features.
- Design, build, and maintain internal AI agents and copilots to automate rote tasks across the organization (e.g., platform monitoring, customer issue triage, compliance evidence generation).
- Develop robust eval, observability, and guardrail layers for all AI systems deployed to ensure measurability, debuggability, and safe rollback.
- Work directly with founders and team leads to identify high-leverage workflows and prioritize AI initiatives with a focus on impact and efficiency.
