Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, evaluate, deploy, and iterate AI features end to end.
- Partner with founders on product vision, AI strategy, and technical roadmap.
- Architect reliable, secure LLM systems including prompting, retrieval, agents, tool use, and orchestration.
- Build evaluation frameworks and feedback loops to measure model quality and catch regressions.
- Establish AI engineering standards and help hire and mentor the early team.
