Responsibilities

  • Architect the provider- and patient-facing web application and own the WebRTC layer for real-time media negotiation, audio routing, reconnection edge cases, and call-quality observability.
  • Design the agentic behavior of the AI interpreter and multilingual agent within the clinical software, prioritizing performance, accessibility, and clarity.
  • Drive product strategy by collaborating with founders, conducting customer calls, spending time in partner clinics, and shaping the product roadmap based on learned insights.
  • Help set technical direction, define shipping and operating procedures, and actively participate in hiring to build the engineering team and ensure the reliability of clinical software.
  • Build and scale the video/voice product in production, ideally with experience in regulated or high-stakes domains like healthcare.
