- Own the consumer product end-to-end, defining what to build, interacting with users, shipping it, and iterating with high autonomy.
- Build and orchestrate multi-agent systems to autonomously handle healthcare workflows such as scheduling, prior authorization, benefit navigation, and care coordination.
- Develop voice agent interfaces and conversational flows tailored for real patients.
- Build browser-native automation to navigate payer portals, insurance websites, and provider systems on behalf of patients.
- Design and implement evaluation frameworks to measure agent reliability, safety, and accuracy at scale.
