- Build and ship AI-native product experiences used directly by clinicians and patients
- Design and develop LLM-powered systems and agents that automate and augment complex healthcare workflows
- Own AI features end-to-end, from prototyping through production deployment, evaluation, and iteration
- Build evaluation, monitoring, and feedback systems to continuously improve AI quality, reliability, and performance
- Collaborate with clinicians and engineers to understand workflows and determine optimal AI impact
