- Lead the technical delivery of customer AI deployments end to end, from initial conversation to production.
- Set the architecture and engineering standards for the team and ensure high quality of shipped products.
- Break down ambiguous customer needs into clear technical plans with owners and timelines.
- Make critical tradeoffs regarding what to build, reuse, or push back on.
- Contribute to the growth and development of engineers on the team.
