Responsibilities

• Design and productionize robust, scalable ML and evaluation frameworks spanning statistical measurement, product recommendation, and forecasting.
• Evolve the trust and safety platform from reactive moderation into a proactive, metrics-driven operating system that predicts risk and improves content quality.
• Develop best practices for instrumentation and experimentation and communicate those to product engineering teams.
• Build and prototype analysis pipelines iteratively to provide insights at scale on large, complex datasets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, designers, and researchers to turn data insights into action.
