Responsibilities
- Own all analytics pipelines, data pond, and data schemas as the source of truth for the organization.
- Develop and maintain customer health monitoring, alerting, and predictive analytics for churn risk.
- Create outcome labeling and evaluation datasets for AI agents.
- Design and implement client-facing dashboards and QBR reporting (Omni / Looker).
- Set up experiments, define new metrics, and make go/no-go decisions (Statsig).
