Responsibilities

• Develop NLP, LLM, and other ML-based pipelines to abstract relevant labels from unstructured text-based healthcare data.
• Query complex electronic medical records (EMR) and free-text clinical notes to extract and enrich high-quality clinical datasets.
• Own data extraction, wrangling, labeling, and quality control processes to support real-world evidence and AI model training.
• Develop and document code to deliver secure, HIPAA-compliant data products to customers on schedule.
• Present and explain complex data abstraction methods and analytical findings to both technical and clinical stakeholders.
