Responsibilities
- Own the technical shape of AI systems deployed in customer environments, defining how models, agents, data pipelines, APIs, and orchestration layers integrate with existing enterprise infrastructure.
- Be hands-on throughout the lifecycle, building reference implementations, reviewing production systems, and resolving high-risk technical problems.
- Accountable for architectural coherence across teams and over time, ensuring systems are composable, secure, observable, and adaptable.
- Investigate interactions between AI systems, legacy systems, and human operators to identify failure modes and establish guardrails for safety and correctness.
- Act as peers to senior technical leaders in customer engagements, whiteboarding architectures and translating business objectives into executable system designs.
