Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a high-performing team of product managers with excellent recruiting, coaching, and development skills.
• Define a clear vision and strategy for Celonis' core data capabilities, including data ingestion, transformation, storage, and semantic modeling.
• Own the product roadmap for data infrastructure that powers process mining, analytics, and AI/ML use cases across the platform.
• Partner closely with engineering, data science, and architecture teams to deliver scalable, performant, and enterprise-grade data services.
• Work backwards from customer needs to ensure data core capabilities meet the reliability, compliance, and performance expectations of global enterprises.
