- Lead the overarching data, cloud, and innovation strategy for largest global accounts, utilizing methodologies like Capability Mapping.
- Architect "first-of-a-kind" solutions using emergent technologies like Agentic AI to solve complex enterprise challenges.
- Partner with Sales and Value Engineering driving revenue through new customer acquisition and strategic up-selling.
- Act as a critical feedback loop between Product & Engineering teams and the market, ensuring the voice of the customer shapes future offerings.
