Responsibilities

Lead the technical direction for Forter's integrations with the entire Salesforce ecosystem, including Commerce Cloud, Loyalty Cloud, Service Cloud, and Order Management.
Revamp the current Salesforce Commerce Cloud cartridge to reduce development work and improve merchant experience.
Lead initiatives to integrate Forter into Salesforce's core (Service Cloud, Loyalty Cloud, Order Management).
Collaborate with Product, Go-To-Market, and other engineering teams to translate merchant needs into technical solutions.
Lead building seamless extensions for Salesforce Commerce Cloud, enabling one-click onboarding, guiding developers through API calls, enabling data mapping from payment vendors, ingesting historical data, and validating integrations.
