Responsibilities
- Proactively maintain mainframe hardware on current microcode levels.
- Perform IOGEN and other hardware configuration work including DASD/TAPE replication.
- Support new client business transitions and migrations.
- Provide 24x7 365 on-call support, incident management, and vendor escalation for Sev1/Sev2 issues.
- Produce documentation, standard workflows, and automation to improve team productivity.
