Responsibilities

• Plan, install, test, administer, maintain, and update VTAM, TCPIP, FTP, SFTP, and other mainframe network related software
• Diagnose, resolve, and document mainframe network-related system problems and provide root cause analysis
• Adhere to ITIL, Change Management, and Problem Management processes to support client mainframe environments
• Monitor, report, and optimize system performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency through automation and template utilization
• Communicate effectively with software suppliers, peers, and external clients to assist with problem solving and upgrades
